Today was my husband's birthday, and because it's his birthday he always wants something cheesecake related for dessert. This time a mint theme. So I traveled over to the Philadelphia Cream web site. What a great resource of yummy recipes. To cut along story short I made the 'After Dinner Mint Cheesecake'. It's yummy, but SOOOOO rich. You have been warned.

Yummo! I absolutely adore any type of cheesecake. I actually have a philadelphia cookbook. My sister gave it to me but I have no idea where she found it!
