In 2072, when the mob wants to get rid of someone, the target is sent 30 years into the past, where a hired gun awaits. Someone like Joe, who one day learns the mob wants to 'close the loop' by transporting back Joe's future self.
So it made me think would I want to meet my future or past self ? Me, I would rather see my past self and give myself a few tips of what to do and what not to do. As my husband said, he wouldn't want to, because if one changed something in the past it could effect your future.
However if I just wanted to travel back time, I would choose medieval or Victorian London to travel back to. Would you want to meet your past or future self or just travel to a different time period?
Oh my husband went to see this today. If I got to travel in time, I'd just go have a quiet word to my teenage self.

DeleteMust have been the night for time travel movies.....I just watched Midnight in Paris, and I have to say 1920's Paris looked very appealing. Or maybe straight into a Jane Austen novel.
